It was ok

Staff was very attentive and nice. Location was close to the beach which was nice too.

There was a cockroach in the room. We had construction view from the window. The bathroom door didn’t close properly.

Overall not bad for the price. Not high end luxury but will be a nice enough stay for a night or two

Location was nice. Appreciate that they offer an airport shuttle but def not cheap for how close it is but it was the easiest way to get there. Wasn’t able to check in early but they did hold our bags which was helpful. The room was a nice size and had a nice view. Shower was good. Bed was ok, not bad but not amazing. Staff was nice

For not being that old of a property it is definitely showing a lot of wear and tear. Pictures looked nicer than the real thing. I think it was just rushed and/or done cheaply in construction. There was a leak coming in from the ceiling. We mentioned it to them but they didn’t seem to care (or didn’t understand us). We did the rate that included breakfast but there was none of that I wanted to eat. We tried the dinner buffet they offered for $12/p. It was ok, some things tasted good but was a weird variety of options.

Hi, all was good, the breakfast can improve. if the hotel could invest an extra $1 for BF it can make it better. The breakfast has to improve in variety to serve some omelettes, extra curry dish will be good. The items ran out most of the time and guest had to keep asking from the staff all the time. I felt the staff found the BF service as a hassle and didn't care much. Charge of $10, for a sub standard BF tarnishes the image of the hotel, in-fact one staff tried to charge $15.

rubbish - we couldnt stay we left, booking didn't do the refund or help in anything

receptionist lady was nice

the worst hotel ever, with the rudest management, the manager was very rude, the room in the 4th floor was stinky and smells like sewerage, the other room smells like someone was smoking, the towels dirty, beds are dirty and spotty with brown and yellow colored thingy, the curtains splashed with something like blood, 'pictures attached' The manager was shouting at me and talking in very bad manner, forced us to stay in the same room with smells and pay extra to change one room in a diffrent floor or LEAVE.

we paid 181$ per night , we were disappointed

nothing

very expensive, breakfast, not clean no professionalism, the staff are not professional, lack of cleanliness, they served us expired drinks .. the breakfast is catastrophic .. we took the best sea view room but unfortunately we were disappointed.. no soap, pillowcases are not clean… and above all no property I give 4/10 ..

Wonderful

It was a smal room but it was enough for my partnet and me. The room was clean and confortable. I think is was the owener of the hotel, who helped us to exchange money, to pay our taxi driver.

breakfast was very expensive for cup of tea, juce and omelet.

best place to stay near airport!

gorgeous beach views, huge rooms (sea view), furnishings, super comfy bed and pillows, privacy windows, and helpful staff

there was a strong smell in the lobby area and it sometimes came up to the rooms on the first floor. the first floor also got a lot of noise from reception in the evenings thru the open stairwell. high floors were much better in terms of views and quiet (friends stayed upstairs)

Excellent Customer Service

5 minutes from the airport, great place for a short stay before going to our resort. Service was excellent. They went the extra mile to coordinate our transport with our resort. Rooms were very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
