It was ok

Staff was very attentive and nice. Location was close to the beach which was nice too.

There was a cockroach in the room. We had construction view from the window. The bathroom door didn’t close properly.

Overall not bad for the price. Not high end luxury but will be a nice enough stay for a night or two

Location was nice. Appreciate that they offer an airport shuttle but def not cheap for how close it is but it was the easiest way to get there. Wasn’t able to check in early but they did hold our bags which was helpful. The room was a nice size and had a nice view. Shower was good. Bed was ok, not bad but not amazing. Staff was nice

For not being that old of a property it is definitely showing a lot of wear and tear. Pictures looked nicer than the real thing. I think it was just rushed and/or done cheaply in construction. There was a leak coming in from the ceiling. We mentioned it to them but they didn’t seem to care (or didn’t understand us). We did the rate that included breakfast but there was none of that I wanted to eat. We tried the dinner buffet they offered for $12/p. It was ok, some things tasted good but was a weird variety of options.

Hi, all was good, the breakfast can improve. if the hotel could invest an extra $1 for BF it can make it better. The breakfast has to improve in variety to serve some omelettes, extra curry dish will be good. The items ran out most of the time and guest had to keep asking from the staff all the time. I felt the staff found the BF service as a hassle and didn't care much. Charge of $10, for a sub standard BF tarnishes the image of the hotel, in-fact one staff tried to charge $15.

„Es war sehr schön und ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen und hat sehr moderne, klimatisierte Zimmer mit schönen großen Betten - der Blick auf das Meer war wunderbar! Ein kleines Frühstücks- und Abendbrotsangebot wurde auch gestellt, sodass alles sehr sorgenfrei verlief.

Man muss aufpassen, wenn man direkt über die Seite buchen möchte - die Überweisungen klappten bei mir nicht, aber die Versuche wurden dennoch abgebucht. Das war sehr ärgerlich - allerdings hat sich das Hotel darum gekümmert.

„Für eine Nacht o.k.

Zimmer war für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend.

Bei Ankunft wurde uns im Frühstückscafe kein Kaffe verkauft - wir hätten ein ganzes Frühstück kaufen sollen. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer - Lärm von draußen und vom Gang. Rezeption wollte uns ein Taxi verkaufen, anstatt uns eine Auskunft zum lokalen Bus zu geben. Beim Airport Transfer - der 24 Stunden vorab bestellt war - versuchte man in letzter Minuten aus einem Taxi zwei (4 Personen + Gepäck) zu machen. Lunchpaket zum mitnehmen kostet 15 Dollar pro Person - ich weiß natürlich nicht, was drin gewesen wäre... wir haben uns um weniger als 15 Dollar zusammen beim Bäcker um die Ecke versorgt.

„Preis-Leistung für Malediven OK, Zimmer toll, Rest naja

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, mit Meerblick, gemütlich und voll ausgestattet. Direkt am Strand und gute Lage für Ausflüge. Ebenso ist fußläufig alles Nötige erreichbar. Klimaanlage, Ventilator und Fernseher waren voll funktionstüchtig, die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Es gibt eine Woche lang immer nur aus den selben Gerichten auszuwählen - Lunch & Dinner, Frühstück ist ebenso a la carte. Die Qualität derselben Gerichte ist nicht immer gleich. Die Wasserflaschen am Zimmer werden nur 1x am Tag gratis zur Verfügung gestellt. Beim Essen sind einige Mitarbeiter nicht sehr interressiert am Service, manchmal bekommt man viele Getränke, wird wegen der Nachspeise gefragt und manchmal isst man und geht, weil nie jemand noch einmal nachfragt, auch wenn man schon lange aufgegessen hat. Das Personal kann teilweise kein oder kaum Englisch. Man hört jegliches Türenschließen, den Lift und den Gang sehr im Zimmer, auch im 4. Stock kann man die Lobby hören.
